The AVI-600M active vibration isolation system for electron microscopes and similar large research instruments is a compact modular system that provides industry-leading active vibration isolation performance over a wide frequency range, starting from 0.5 Hz. The AVI series platform helps users gain more benefits from microscopes by eliminating destructive low-frequency vibration noise that affects measurements. The platform adopts a low-key modular design, which eliminates the need for lifting devices for most instruments (including most SEM), simplifying the installation process.

working principle:
Isolation table - Anti vibration table uses electrical control to immediately eliminate vibration by applying a force in the opposite direction to the incoming vibration. Sensors continuously monitor vibrations, and based on this information, actuators generate forces in opposite directions and continue to produce optimal vibration isolation. The active isolation platform is good at isolating vibrations in the low-frequency range below 10Hz.
The AVI series isolation table adopts advanced isolation technology and is suitable for any research situation. It can isolate vibrations in 6 degrees of freedom, including horizontal and vertical directions. The AVI series platform utilizes the piezoelectric acceleration sensor inside the controller to sense the incoming vibration from the outside. By converting the pressure information from the outside into an electrical signal and sending it to the piezoelectric transducer in the isolation module, the transducer generates a pressure signal that is equal in magnitude and opposite in phase to the incoming pressure to eliminate the incoming vibration. The isolation system utilizes a feedback loop to eliminate mechanical resonance in the isolation system. It can isolate vibration from the ground and provide a stable testing environment for precision instruments such as electron microscopes and optical devices that are sensitive to vibration in the laboratory.
